New Hampshire Power of Attorney Forms


Due to the variability of accident or illness leaving you incapacitated and not able to handle your financial or medical decisions on your own, New Hampshire power of attorney documents allow someone to step in for your best interests. There are two simple measures to be taken, through a New Hampshire financial power of attorney and an advance directive you can make sure that your wishes and values are the driving force in the conduct of your affairs. It is most popular to select a spouse or close relative to handle these decisions on your behalf and most importantly someone that you can trust.
Under New Hampshire Power of Attorney Law, Chapter 506 of the Revised State Statutes, all documents must be signed in the presence of a notary public or at least two (2) witnesses. The witnesses cannot be blood-related or be employed at a health care facility attended by the principal.
