Virginia Power of Attorney Forms


Download Virginia power of attorney forms that are pursuant to State laws, Title 64.2 – Chapter 16, which allow for a resident to select anyone of their choosing to handle financial, medical, tax filing, or motor vehicle related matters on their behalf. All forms are considered durable, under Statute 64.2-1602, meaning that they remain in effect if the principal should become incapacitated unless “it expressly provides that it is terminated by the incapacity of the principal”.
All documents must be completely filled in and signed with at least two (2) adult witnesses or a notary public in order to be accepted by third (3rd) party establishments.
