Wyoming Power of Attorney Forms


Wyoming power of attorney documents allow for the representation of another in respect to their monetary, medical, and tax filing needs. The person that is being represented, the “Principal”, must first select anyone they deem fit for the responsibility desired. The person chosen, “Agent” or “Attorney-in-Fact”, must be a trustworthy and knowledgeable of the principal’s business affairs and medical interests. If the form selected is durable, the document continues to be valid if the principal should become mentally incapable thinking for themselves.
Under Wyoming power of attorney laws, all forms must be signed with at least two (2) adult witnesses or the document must receive a notary public’s acknowledgment.
