Loading...The Pennsylvania general power of attorney form allows for the designation and appointment of an individual to have unlimited rights to the financial representation of a principal. The document is exactly the same as the durable form except that this document does not remain valid if the principal should not be able to think for themselves any longer, known as ‘incapacitation’.
The laws pertaining to power of attorney remain in effect and the document should be signed in front of at least two (2) witnesses after it’s completion.
