Loading...This Power of Attorney form is a limited form that has been approved by the State New York for a principal to elect an agent to handle a limited range of financial activity(ies) on their behalf. The document allows the principal to permit the agent to act in the most serious of financial transactions such as a real estate closing, or in the most simple favors like picking up mail for a period of time. The document cancels upon the completion of the act, at a specific time, completion of a revocation, or the incapacitation of the principal (Note: the form does not have Durability).
- Like all power of attorney documents in New York, the form must be witnessed by two persons or a notary public (acknowledgement).
