Loading...The Massachusetts general financial power of attorney form is just like the ‘Durable‘ except that this document does not allow for the use if the Principal, or person being represented, becomes incapacitated. This is determined by a licensed medical doctor diagnosing an adult as not being able to think for themselves with a clear mind. Due to this restriction, this form is popular amongst business partners as the form is only valid for use while the person being represented is able to watch over the agent selected.
As with all power of attorney documents in Massachusetts, the form must be witnessed by at least two (2) non-blood related persons or a notary public to be able to be legal for use.
