  • Rights and Responsibilities of the Agent
    • According to § 17-113 an agent must keep all receipts from any transactions conducted on behalf of the Principal
    • According to § 17-114 the agent has the right to be reimbursed for any expenses incurred on behalf of acting for the Principal
