Use the general form to assign your all your financial responsibilities to another person in Wyoming. The document allows for the same monetary related activities to be handled as in the durable form, but the only difference is that it does not remain in effect if the principal should become mentally disabled.
The document must be signed in the presence of a notary public, which can be found at every branch bank, or at least two (2) adult witnesses.
