The limited power of attorney form allows a person in New Jersey to select someone else to act as their agent and handle a specific monetary related matter on their behalf. The form becomes void upon completion of the action or at an expiration date as stated in the document. The form must be notarized or signed with at least two witnesses above the age of eighteen (18).
