Designate a person to perform financial activities on your behalf without limit and on your behalf with the Michigan general power of attorney form. There is an unrestricted use for the monetary power that the agent may have as long as he or she is acting for the benefit of the person being represented. Unlike the durable version, the form is no longer usable if the Principal becomes incapacitated.
