A principal may use the motor vehicle power of attorney form to assign someone else to handle a Certificate of Title or Registration documents with an Office of the Department of Revenue. All that is needed for use is the owner’s signature (does not need to be witnessed or notarized) and the vehicle information in order for it to be valid for use.
