The Georgia vehicle power of attorney form, also known simply as form ‘T-8’, allows a person to elect another to handle any type of registration or representation of a vehicle on their behalf. The details of the vehicle including the VIN number and model/make are all that is required.
The form will need to be authorized with a notary public present and once complete may be available for use at any County Tax Commissioner’s office.
